Post-guide to COVID-19

The following Corona measures remain in place:

  • Mandatory COVID 19 prevention concept and appointment of a COVID 19 officer.
  • Recommendation to wear a FFP2 mask in closed rooms for guests and employees.
  • Stricter regulations for old people's/nursing homes or hospitals (3G and mask obligation)

 

The following Corona measures are repealed:

  • 3G for guests and 3G for employees (exception: e.g., nursing homes, hospitals) will be eliminated.
  • Obligation to wear a FFP2 mask: for guests as well as for employees. (Exception: highly vulnerable areas (e.g. in hospitals), in public transport including its stops and in customer areas of vital trade (e.g. in pharmacies and in food retail trade).
  • Guest registrations
  • Guest placements
  • Corona curfew
  • Prohibition of night catering and bar operations

1. EVIDENCE: TESTED, RECOVERED, VACCINATED.

Evidence of a low epidemiological risk for the purposes of the regulation is defined as:

  • Evidence of having been vaccinated with a centrally licensed vaccine against COVID-19.
    • Second vaccination, provided that such vaccination shall not have occurred more than 180 days and, in the case of persons 18 years of age or younger, not more than 210 days prior thereto, and that at least 14 days shall have elapsed between the primary and secondary vaccinations,
    • vaccination, provided that a positive molecular biology test for SARS-CoV-2 or evidence of neutralizing antibodies was available at least 21 days prior to vaccination, in which case the vaccination must not have occurred more than 180 days previously, or
    • further vaccination, whereby this must not have been more than 270 days ago and at least 90 days must have elapsed between this and a vaccination.
  • Recovery certificate of infection with SARS-CoV-2 survived in the last 180 days or medical confirmation of infection with SARS-CoV-2 survived in the last 180 days confirmed by molecular biology, or
  • Segregation notice, if issued for a person shown to be infected with SARS-CoV-2 in the 180 days prior to the scheduled testing;
  • Evidence from an authorized body of a negative result from a molecular biology test for SARS-CoV-2, the collection of which must have occurred no more than 72 hours previously;
  • Evidence from an authorized body of a negative result of an antigen test for SARS-CoV-2, which must have been taken no more than 24 hours previously;
  • Proof of a negative result of a SARS-CoV-2 antigen test for self-testing, which is recorded in an official data processing system and the acceptance of which may not date back more than 24 hours;
  • Evidence pursuant to § 4 line 1 of the COVID-19 School Ordinance 2021/22 (C-SchVO 2021/22), Federal Law Gazette II No. 374/2021, (Corona test passport) or evidence that meets the requirements of § 5 para 1a C-SchVO 2021/22, provided that the persons concerned are of school age and have reached the age of twelve. Provided that the testing intervals pursuant to Section 5 (1a) CSchVO 2021/22 are complied with, this shall also apply on the sixth and seventh day after the first testing;

 

1.2 Data protection

Provided that there is evidence of a low epidemiological risk, the owner of an establishment is authorized to obtain the following personal data of the data subject:

  • Name,
  • date of birth,
  • validity period of the proof and
  • Barcode or QR code.

In addition, he is authorized to ascertain data for the purpose of establishing identity. I.e., the innkeeper or hotelier may also ask for an ID card for identity verification.

Exception

The obligation to present proof does not apply to children up to the age of twelve.
