Special times, require special measures. In the Kitzbühel Alps, all Covid-19 requirements of the government are strictly observed. To give you an overview, we have created an overview of the measures that are in place to ensure a safe vacation in the Kitzbühel Alps.

• Up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date the accommodation contract can be cancelled free of charge by a written statement.
• For cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total arrangement price may be charged.
• For cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total arrangement price may be charged.
• In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the agreed arrangement price can be charged. 

Plan your vacation without worries and risks. The most beautiful time of the year should be preserved for you, therefore we recommend you to take out a travel insurance.

In order to make the stay as carefree as possible for our guests, we already rely on numerous protective measures and regulations: Our employees wear masks, they keep the necessary distances and pay special attention to additional cleaning and disinfection efforts.

Our laundry washes and disinfects all bed linen and towels in the hotel exclusively with the high-quality bleach and disinfectant OZONIT PERFORMANCE - and this under the strictest regulations of the PROTEX 360 hygiene plan. At all times, emphasis is placed on the highest standards of hygiene.

Thanks to the Austrian initiative "Safe Hospitality", which is unique in Europe, we can pay special attention to our employees and have them tested weekly on Covid-19 by a mobile team. This way you can relax and enjoy culinary hours and relaxing days with us.

Tyrol's tourism relies on certified safety - and we are part of it: our company has successfully completed the digital training on safety topics such as protective measures, distance rules, hygiene or contactless customer experience.
