The Postbrot
Exclusively from bread sommelier Philipp Decker, baked with Carinthian organic spelt just for the Post – photo to follow (AVAILABLE DAILY) This bread literally reflects the history of Tyrol. Then as now, shelf life is the top priority for many bread lovers. The smell is also reminiscent of earlier times, a fine mixture of mildly sour and spicy bread spices. The malt dough is cooked for 3 hours in advance to achieve a malty-sweet note that enchants every palate.
Joseph Bread
We are the exclusive partner of Joseph Brot in Tyrol – BREAD AS IT SHOULD BE – organic bread from the Waldviertel region. Freshly available every Thursday and Friday. As demand is high, we recommend pre-ordering in good time to secure one of these coveted loaves. We stock organic Joseph bread, organic forest rye bread, organic walnut loaf and organic Urlaib bread.
Drexel
The good life starts with good bread. Available daily. Drexel is a partner of the Postmarkt and stands for traditional craftsmanship of the highest standard. The light root bread is made according to a Swiss recipe, hand-turned, matured for 24 hours and baked in stone ovens at high heat – crispy, moist, soft and stays fresh for a long time.
