OUR CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Cancellation conditions
- Up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date the accommodation contract can be cancelled free of charge by a written statement.
- For cancellations between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total arrangement price may be charged.
- For cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival, 80% of the total arrangement price may be charged.
- In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the agreed arrangement price can be charged.
Seminars/Groups:
- Up to 4 weeks before the start of the seminar: free of charge
- 3 weeks before start of seminar: 30% cancellation fee
- 2 weeks before start of seminar: 50% cancellation fee
- 1 week before start of seminar: 100% cancellation fee
