Arrival & Departure
Your room is available to you from 3 pm on your arrival day.
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11 am on your departure day.
Cancellation conditions
- The contract for accommodation can be terminated free of charge up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date by affidavit.
- 50% of the entire package price can be billed for cancellations made between 30 to 14 days before the arrival.
- 70% of the entire package price can be billed for cancellations made under 14 days before the arrival.
- 100% of the agreed package deal can be billed in case of non-arrival or premature departure.
Dogs
Your darlings are very welcome. We offer your dog a dog basket, bowls & and a welcome present in the room.
Surcharge per dog and day depending on size: € 10 to 25 (without food)
Down payment
We charge 30% down payment for every booking.
We can charge the amount from your credit card or you can transfer the money in advance.
If you choose to transfer the down payment, please state the reservation number, name, arrival & departure date.

Extras
The double room, the double room superior and the family room can also be booked for single-person use.
A surcharge of 30% on the price per person is billed.

Parking
There are no free hotel parking spaces available.
You can book an underground parking spot at the hotel - surcharge: € 12 per day.
Prices
The prices are per room and day including booked fare, VAT and exculding the local tax of € 2.20 per person and day from the age of 15.

Travel cancellation insurance
To insure your holiday in case of unforseen cancellation, we offer you our travel cancellation insurance.
