Prices are per person and night based on two full-paying guests in the room, including breakfast and VAT, but excluding the local tourist tax* of EUR 2.60 per person/day for guests aged 15 and over. (*subject to legal changes)

Four-legged friends are very welcome at our hotel – with prior notice and a daily fee of EUR 10.00 to EUR 35.00 (depending on size, food not included). In your room, your dog will find a cozy dog bed, food and water bowls, and a small welcome treat. Walks start right outside the front door – and in our restaurant, there’s a designated area where dogs are allowed.

• Best Price Guarantee – You won’t find our room rates or packages cheaper anywhere else. Should you find a better price online within 24 hours of booking, we’ll refund the difference.
• Free early check-in and late check-out until 12:00 p.m. (subject to availability)
• Late check-out after 12:00 p.m. is availabe for EUR 20.00 per hour
• Flexible rescheduling – If your plans change, you can move your stay (subject to availability) within the same season.
• 20% prepayment bonus – Book and pay early and get 20% off the current daily rate. These bookings are non-refundable but can be rescheduled within 12 months.

Every booking requires a deposit – depending on the selected rate:
• Bar Rate: 30% deposit
• Direct Booking Rate: 100% deposit

• General cancellation policy: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the agreed arrival date can be made free of charge in writing. After that, 100% of the agreed arrangement price will be charged, including in case of no-shows or early departures.
• Flexible cancellation policy for the following periods:  19–20 Sept 2025, 22 Dec 2025 – 6 Jan 2026, 12–24 Jan 2026, 1–28 Feb 2026, 1–31 Aug 2026, 18–19 Sept 2026: Cancellations are free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival, 30% cancellation fee applies up to 1 week before arrival, 100% of the arrangement price will be charged for cancellations 6 days or fewer before arrival, no-shows or early departures.
• Direct booking rates are non-refundable. In case of cancellation or no-show, the full amount will be charged. However, the booking may be rescheduled within 12 months.
• Cancellation conditions for seminars/groups (from 3 rooms): Up to 4 weeks before arrival: free of charge 3 weeks before arrival: 30% cancellation fee 2 weeks before arrival: 50% cancellation fee 1 week before arrival: 100% cancellation fee
• Hotel contract terms: The Austrian Hotel Contract Terms & Conditions (AGBs) apply. Place of fulfilment and jurisdiction: Kitzbühel.

Travel Cancellation Insurance: To avoid cancellation costs in case of unforeseen events, we recommend our travel cancellation insurance. It offers reliable protection for your stay if you need to cancel at short notice. How it works: Simply transfer 5% of the total booking amount (in EUR) to the following account with the note: “Travel Insurance + Name + Travel Date”
