Inspiring ideas need the right setting. At the Post, a central location meets professional equipment and personal support – perfect for seminars, workshops, meetings, and events with high standards.
Our light-flooded seminar room is located on the ground floor and offers direct access to the terrace – perfect for inspiring breaks in the fresh air. The space covers a total of 166 m² and can be flexibly divided: either as one large seminar room or split into Room 1 and Room 2.
Whether you prefer U-shape, cinema, block, or classroom-style seating – the setup is entirely based on your needs. Just let us know your preferred seating arrangement in advance, and we’ll take care of the rest.
The seminar room is equipped with modern standard technology – everything you need for successful presentations, workshops or meetings:
• Projector with screen (connectable via DVI, VGA or HDMI)
• 2 flipcharts & 2 pinboards
• Notepads & pens for all participants
• 1 handheld microphone & 1 lapel microphone
• Audio input
• High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building (30 Mbit/s download)

Coffee enjoyment – all you can drink
Freshly brewed from our machine – from espresso to cappuccino:
• Half day: EUR 8,50 per person

Meeting break
• One break with hot beverages, savoury & sweet snacks (depending on the time of day), and soft drinks EUR 23,00 per person
Lunch
• 2 2-course menu with salad & choice of 3 main courses: EUR 34,00 per person
• Cold & warm lunch buffet with dessert: EUR 56,00 per person
