Arrival & Check-in
Your room is ready from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 pm, please let us know – our reception is staffed until then. After that, our self check-in terminal “Ariane” is available 24/7. On departure day, we kindly ask you to check out by 11:00 am. Need a place to store your luggage or freshen up? Our wellness area is available for showers or changing before departure.
